I just tried
dialene for the third time and again the results were the same, increased heart rate, more feeling of alertness but I have noticed something else consistant every time i've taken it. Every time I take a serving I drink TONS of water and I can't seem to satisfy my thirst. Well I did some digging and apparantly this product increases urine excretion & water intake in rats BIG TIME. So make sure you drink tons of water before you start taking it and tons while you workout or you will get REALLY BAD dry mouth. This makes sense and tells me it is working again because increasing thermogenesis increases metabolic rate and thus more water is required for reactions during metabolism. I have attached a graphic from the study. Also notice that rats that consumed DADS (a componant of dialene 4) ate MORE during the study and gained LESS bodyweight than the control rats. Talk about powerful! Can your fatburner say that? lol
Oh did I mention I busted up on my old hack squat record. My first set I got 5 45's & a 25 on each side for 10, which was a PR, next set I added a 5 to each side... and did another 10 reps. And I still had enough left in the tank for a final set of 10. Then I did another 15 sets of quads after that... not to mention 10 on calves & 10 on hammies :)
