Hey layne, I saw you on the repetrope vid Primecuts, that was a sweet video man. Hey, I'm going to be competing this summer coming up and don't know what org I should join (natural). I was wondering how you picked your organizations and when you dropped the hat in the competition. Peace man.
P.S. Keep it Huge!

My estimation is that you will either do research for a supplement company, teach, or both. Will be interesting to see what you end up doing :)

In my personal opinion, the OCB is by far the best natural organization, check them out BodyBuilding Dungeon - Bodybuilding Pictures and Forum

I'm tired of seeing videos everywhere (not nessecarily this site, though there have been some here) of people posting videos using heavy weights with 2 inch range of motion. Come on now, get your minds right! This is not about barely moving something... this is about MOVING SOME FRIGGIN WEIGHT!

with that rant out of the way... here are my PR's on front squats. I did 3 sets of 335 for 5 reps, this is the 3rd set. On the first set I recorded it only to find that a gym employee stood in front of the damned camera half the time. On the second set, my camera didn't record it because they said it was full, so I deleted some vids & thank god... it recorded lol! the last rep my form almost broke, but I thought it was still solid.

Here is my set of deadlifts with 515 lbs for 5. If you have small children around you may want to turn the sound down :grimm:
