Layne, when you go from bulking to cuttting (or vice versa), do you change your cals in just one day, with no "transitional" maintenance period?

How do you like the 2 week cuts? (as opposed to 4-8wks)

Layne I am gonna be trying your current split starting monday after this lazy deload week and I was just curious could you give me a little detail into the methods/exercises you use on the different days (the diff between the pump and strength days) and rep schemes.

You dont have to go into a lot of detail if you don't want just a basic jist would be great.

thanks.
