I just had a quick question for Layne:

You mentioned something about making fiber pancakes...what's your recipe for that? I've been eating oatmeal or grits for breakfast and it's beginning to take its toll on me, lol.

I have a couple questions about this setup Layne. What weight are you at when in both of these phases? Also, what are the upper body days, because you have something different listed for chest/arm and back/shoulder?

Thank you,
WannaGro

<-- oh and this is the coolest thing I've seen on a forum.

upper body= upper body... everything

my weight is constantly changing... if it stayed the same in each phase... what would the point be?

Ok, I didn't realize that you did an all upper body day as well as seperately. About the weight, I meant when those numbers were used, because they are really precise. And I was wondering because it seems like the protein is kind of low. I mean you obviously know what your doing, so I was just wondering.

Thanks
WannaGro

Well I usually do about 1.25 to 1.5 grams/lb body weight and I weigh around 220, so thats like 275-330 grams a day, and you look bigger than me.

i'm 215 right now... but really all the scientific evidence seems to suggest that anything over 1g/lb is really overkill

Ok, I read your article and since it said that 1.25 to 1.5 was good when dieting I thought that I could help, since I seem to have trouble gaining and maintaining weight. Thanks for the help, and I liked the article.
