i know this. I kill them everyday. brought them up from 11.5" when i started to just under 17" last offseason. I have high calves so no matter what i do they will probably never been visually impressive... but i'm just doing the best i can with what i was given :)

That's awesome progression!
You've got almost one inch more than my calves(since my last measuring)!

At the suggestion of CROWLER I have decided to start a thread showing my progression so you guys can see that it is possible to achieve a competition level physique starting out as a skinny ectomorph and it is possible to overcome weakpoints... even glaring weakpoints... even when people tell you that you'll never have the genetics to overcome them.

Wow. U made amazing improvements... pictures like these are really inspirational..especially to me and others alike. ive just started lifting and im 15 and i look just like u did when you were 15. Its hard when ur this young but your improvements show how far you can come...thanks

no problem brother... just remember to work hard and be patient! it takes time to build a great body
WOW....very inspiring, i was contemplating using aas....but after seeing your progress it makes me realize that hard work/determination can get you places. thanks bro, i seriously mean that.
