thanks brother. Glad to be here. I think this section will be really great for those people interested in natural bodybuilding. There will be contest updates, natural superstar profiles, discussion, and some videos. For people who aren't familiar or don't know much about the natural shows this forum will serve to help them better understand competitive natural bodybuilding. I will also take all contest prep/diet related questions people may wish to ask me or the other posters in this forum. Let's make it fun & keep it civil :)

a few more years yet... at least lol

My first pro show will happen after i'm done with grad school... probably about 2 years. I still need time to further improve so I can be competitive at the next level :)

Gotta say been reading up on a lot of your posts in the past, mad respect. I am really interested in seeing some of your knowledge on contest prep?dieting. I may pick your brain for some other stuff related to strength athletes if that is cool.
