i dieted myself down to a six pack and look damn good. however, i need to fill out my chest a little bit. i understand that its best to bulk when you reach that point (visible abs) as compared to belly fat, in order to diminish extra fat gain. i train hard and shouldnt really add too much fat during this bulk, but im wondering if theres any time when i should stop??
is there a point i should worry about reaching? like bf% above 15 or something like that? im looking for advice based on results you guys experienced, i dont much care for the science cause im always reading that.
also, im about 12% bf right now, with abs, so considering that, science aint always right anyway.
i guess my question is, based on you guys' experience, where do you stop your bulk? i guess i dont want to impair myself by getting to a size that i cant maintain correctly. maybe this is one of those things that i type and then post and then realize that i answered my own question.....
