hellow peeps

i wonderd if body has tryed to cut, well i havent... since i began training 180cm and 49kg at the age of 15 and now 180cm and 85kgs at the age of 17... i have been bulking !

ive been training for 1½år yeah i took a ½year off due to some crap that doesent matter..

well finally i see that im gaining abit of to much fat and its time for me to cut, all though cutting at the winter isent the best idea :)

but i aint the best cutter the only thing i know is to decress the amount of kcal you eat by 500 or increase 500 to bulk

or a blend of burning kcal "energi" by running and eating lesser

---------

well the reason why i have thought about cutting just now i have gained abit of fat on the lower side og my chester nipple area wich pisses me off

i really need som serious answers on how to cut and how long ect.

Read Layne's pre-contest article and prepare yourself mentally. I cannot stress this enough. Many people overlook the mental aspect.

the best thing about the artikle was the protein - carb - fat sources of foods ! this will go up on the fridge and be converted into danish or bosnian text so my mother has a grip on what to mix up for 18:00 "familiy dinner"

im really haveing a hard time reading that much english but i will train again, when my energy is higher !

I've been tryna cut. I've been eating clean and high in protein. I work out 5 days a week at night and i like to get cardio and abs in after i workout. What type of HIT training works best post workout? I really enjoy jump roping and I've been wondering if this fulfills the HIT requirements?

Why are you doing HIT post wo? Short cardio for cool down is fine but if you are going to lift and do cardio; preferably do one in the am and one later on.
