i was wondering what types of things everyone likes to do when trying to lose weight or stay lean that may be out of the norm. usually i do like 100+ situps before each meal to convince myself that ive earned it.

plus a healthy dose of masturbation to keep my mind off food. :spankit:

more like 300+, im not home for all my meals and i dont like doing situps in the student center or the library, people point and laugh...

You're talking spot reduction (the situps ). It doesn't exist, sorry to say.

The secret to a lean physique is good nutrition, then calorie-reduction and cardio to help reduce fat. Situps make your abdominals stronger and more developed, but won't make them any more visible than another bodypart exercise for the same calorie usage.

word, i just do them to develop my abs like you said. im not asking you all what to do to get lean. its just an entertaining thread to see what weird things people do when cutting or trying to stay lean.
