How much may I download as a free users?

Since we are offering our service for free users with full speed as well, we have included a download-limit, which normally is set to around 30 MB per hour. Sometimes the limit is much higher, depending on our free bandwidth. Right now the limit is set to 10000 MB per hour. (This value is controlled by a program in real-time.)

I have never been able to download anything from Rapidshare because I am always downloading from it. THat doesn't even make sense, but it's the truth.
