Oh yeah. That's Aleksander Eliminenko. His older brother is Fedor and they are two of the best fighters in Pride or MMA for that matter. They grew up poor in Russia and now they are big names so everytime they step into the ring, they feel like the opponent is trying to take away everything they made for themselves. He also went to prison for 4 years I believe and that's what some of the tattoos he has represent.
