IMO, Im not even sure thats in America. All of the marks in the street had odd placement, the license plate didnt look American and I dont think any American police forces use foreign cars as their official vehicle and that looked like a Benz or an Audi or something. Sweet video though. :)

I think its real. I've watched the Worlds Wildest Police vids and in Russia they dont have police brutality laws (atleats when the film was done).
