Alright, what's the most hard to watch scene in a mainstream film anyone has seen?

Matrix films in and she gets raped badly - but worse than that - in the opening scene (all one long camera shot) the last bit of the scene, one of the blokes smashes the complete and utter crap out of some other dudes face with a fire extinguisher. I can't explain how bad it is but the way it is shot is so gut wrenchingly brutal it's really hard to watch. Someone watch that scene and tell me it's not seriously harsh.
The only reason people say it was ok, was because the first two were even worse. Cheesiest line ever was "my new powers will save us"
