Here's something interesting. The Blair Witch Project had a very low budget of only $35,000 dollars. That is $65,000 dollars less than the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1972).

Episode 3 was The only reason people say it was ok, was because the first two were even worse. Cheesiest line ever was "my new powers will save us"

Braveheart is superb. That bit where he's gutted at the end (I presume that's not spoiling it for people!) always gets me. Plus Gibson's Passion of the Christ was pretty extreme in the torture scenes!

Alright, what's the most hard to watch scene in a mainstream film anyone has seen?
There's a French film called "Irreversible" with the french bird from the second 2 Matrix films in and she gets raped badly - but worse than that - in the opening scene (all one long camera shot) the last bit of the scene, one of the blokes smashes the complete and utter crap out of some other dudes face with a fire extinguisher. I can't explain how bad it is but the way it is shot is so gut wrenchingly brutal it's really hard to watch. Someone watch that scene and tell me it's not seriously harsh.

I've read reviews about that movie....with the fire extinguisher scene...I haven't seen it yet, but I'm trying to find it on dvd to rent...damn you Hollywood video.

Anyways, anyone seen High Tension??

Watched the unrated version last night, and I have to say that it was pretty good. Extremely gory and violent....there are 3 scenes that come to mind that I haven't seen done before filmed really well. It's a slasher flick but not lame/cheesy like Friday 13th. There's a nice chainsaw scene at the end that beats Texas Chainsaw Massacre, because of the Unrated cut, it's comes out extra bloody.

When Yoda dies, he becomes one with the force, essentially turning into a Force Ghost.

The Rock - superb! (The film - not former WWE peoples champion - although I like him too)
Best bit is an out-take on the DVD where Sean Connery runs into the lift trying to escape and hits the door button but it doesn't shut, so he hits it and angrily shouts "Close you c*nt!" - hilarious!
Can't forget Face/Off either!

For sure, awesome performance and definitely a deterrent to alcohol abuse. I just wish he would've change his mind at the end, if not for himself, for Sera

LMAO, jail is good for something I guess.

I just about sh*t myself laughing when Lahey downs half a bottle of Rye like it's tap water ROFL. That whole season Lahey takes alcoholism to new heights, or should I say lows.
