you're right it is a crime. But, if he does go to prison, I think he should he the same time in jail as the child rapists. (5 years)
I checked the Kansas sex offender list online, and in my county alone there are hundreds of sex offenders (crimes against children). These men shouldn't be allowed to be in society.

I agree with Tech and Pain. Its a crime, but this guy is obviously sick mentally and shouldnt be allowed in society unaltered. I think if you are convited of a sex crime you should be castrated. This insures you wont be a repeat offender, problem solved. Kind of joking, kind of not.
