His statement was a general comment about the majority of the refugees. They are so poor and so black.

If he would have said "these are a bunch of poor niggers", that would have been different.

Im just glad I don't live in the south. I wouldn't want all those people in my neighborhood.

I could only imagine what would happen in someone in the neighborhhod had a garage sale.
