As released by the mysterious Victor, this is an exerpt from a filmed interview with an alien at the infamous Area 51 in Nevada. There is no audio track, Victor says he removed it to protect the innocent. This was taken from the Vega7 Entertainment release of Alien Interview which includes along with this footage interviews with Victor and UFO researchers, a history of related Alien/Human contact, and other alien propaganda.
