.mp3 viruses???

Is it possible to download a virus off of limewire or kazaa from an .mp3 file? Furthermore, if I did dl a virus, and I install that song onto my mp3 player, will it give the player a virus? :piitblove

If its a virus the song is not gonna work cus its .mp3 mark is only a coverup.
If you somehow get a virus file on your mp3 player its mostly not gonna mess it up. Really depends on your filesystem, most mp3 players in the 128-512 MB size is has FAT filesystem and the newest viruses are designed for NTFS so that should be allright.

IF NOT, and it is infected, just format it.

--^^ Yeah Pain, that's why I've been gone for a while. NO internet, I was just using my bros computer. Plus work is driving me fucking nutz. And I'm gonna go to college soon becuase I don't want to work like this for the rest of my life. But anyways. Yeah viruses do fucking suck.

you won't be getting viruses from downloaded videos either or pics...

most of the viruses/trojans on your computer are probably coming from downloaded computer games, comp programs, cracks, or something like that..or exploits in your Internet browser, so when you go to bad porn sites, you get a bunch of shit installed on your computer

If you got for example Direct Connect or any other p2p program (espesially Kazza, dont dl anything from Kazza), you are sure to run in to videos that are viruses disguist. Both troyans and sometimes even hijackers comes thru this sort of disguisment.
So yea you can get viruses/troyans/hijackers thru dling videos.

I think god is trying to tell me a couple of major important things here. 1.) No downloading internet porno. 2.) Go to the store and spend $15 on a 2 hour porno.

ok, what I meant to say was, you won't get a virus by downloading a video file (mpg, avi, etc.)...because, for example, an mpeg video file won't be able to contain a virus

other than that...you can't get infected from video files

i can go and get dvds of porn..theater stuff..music ..tv shows from around the world and have it on my computer within the hour!!!
