I would argue that though an animal cannot consent to being eaten, the rights of the human population supercede it's rights based on the necessity of eating and it's overwhelming prevalence in the animal kingdom. Not the vegetarians will still say that because we can exist without eating an animal, we should, but I then would point to a biological imperative to eating meat as well as it's economy in certain climates/regions.
What then to do about the dirty animal ****ers? Well, one could argue that though an animals rights stop when they come up against the rights of humans, one should also point out that the only time humans should have dominion over said rights is that when contravening them is necessary for survival. With that in mind, no animal can consent to any abuse (sexual or otherwise). No human requires butt sex with a goat to live on even the most specious of arguments and therefore it's morally wrong as the animal cannot consent.
With regards to sexual practices, I feel that informed consent is key.

But I read it all and agree with you pretty much but like the amount of diseases that could arise from these sick ****ers having sex with an animal,
let me give you an example, I'll use a man for example, just imagine a man called Carl,
Ok Carl pays to have sex with say a goat/cat for example,
Carl uses protection and does his business with the cat/goat, say the protection rips or carls that sick that he doesnt use a condom.
Ok Carl goes home and meets a girl from say a bar and on the same night or same week, gets it on with this girl, (Now naturally a sexual disease will go from him to this girl).
Now Carl having sex with the girl was a one night stand, so now the girl finds another man and has sexual intercourse with him and the disease spreads,
I hope you get what Im saying, whats up with the sick goverments nowadays man, they pass sick laws...

What would happen if some sicko saw your cat on the street kidnapped it and raped it? how on earth would that cat be able to come home and tell you it had been raped?
