You know how you can normally feel adrenaline; usually in your hands.. well I can't feel adrenaline anymore. Just wondering if other people have experienced this and would like to know whats up. I like not feeling it but would like more info. My anxiety level is about a 3/10 with 10 being the worst so I'm pretty care free atm but everyone so far said I've just been too stressed for too long and this is the result.

I think I get two kinds of adrenaline. One actually makes me feel weak its like I get to much, it goes down both my arms to my hands and makes me feel shakey, that one sucks, I get that the most. The other I dunno is like im feeling super oxygenated or something.

you might just need to reevaluate what makes your adrenaline rush. I've been stressed doing security but my adrenaline is still shooting up all the time.

Just by knowing you, I know for sure that you're a pretty eased person. However, I've noticed that little things tend to bother you. Nothing at hand that I can think of but I'm sure you know of some. If you eliminate those, you might see some progress. Also, adrenaline synthesis has the tendency to diminish if you're consistently under SHORT TERM stress. Things such as lifting, freaking out about calories, lack of sleep, studying for an upcoming test, and the list goes on... could be contributory.

Another thing, lifting has a big impact on sympathetic nervous system activation, so what you're describing could also signify that you're at the precipice of draining.

Just my 2c bro.
