Anyone else have a subscription? If not, I suggest you go to a store and pick this issue up because it's the best one i've read in a while. There's 97 rules to abide by for our lifestyle and an amazing leg workout plus a shit ton more. Any other thoughts on it?

If you don't have a subscription, go buy it.

I would rather hammer rusty nails into my rood bits than ever buy a muscle and shitness magazine.

I like M&F for some stuff and dislike them for others, have a subscription though so should be getting it in the mail soon. Have the May, June and July issues already somewhat impressed.

Yeah, you have to take their advice with a grain of salt. They give you the good facts, but some of their routines are bogus and over half the magazine is ads. Many "4-page specials". Annoying as hell.

I used to get M&F sometimes.First thing I would do is go through the entire magazine and rip the ads out.It would literally cut the magazine in half.So annoying.
