thats from the movie "Bum Fights", and Im pretty sure those parts are fake (where they tie up bums). I assume they just pay a homeless person to act surprised and let them mess with them. Because otherwise it'd be a felony.

but there are better parts in Bum Fights. Like where they throw crack rocks in a pool, and have a bunch of crackheads dive in and fight for them.
