Heat Rash

I know this is abit of topic but do any of yous get heat rash. Damn thing gets all over my back makes me look like i have achne.
Got any solutions??

keep your back dry, wear only moisture wicking sport shirts.... dont were anything with polyester or nylon in it, even a small amount wil trap the heat and moisture.

Dry fit clothing works great, just cover youre back up and lots of sun cream i guess

When I get it, it's normally because I've started exercising without taking a shower beforehand.

and also shower right after a workout, and when you have the rash, the best creams are creams used on babys butts,

yeh just searched it on the net. Rona ross prickly heat lotion and rona ross foaming prickly heat gel wash are good

dont wear tight shirts while working out.Ill wear a tight tank top sometimes but when i started wearing a tshirt or even long sleeves cause they wanted me to cover up a few weeks before the show i starte breaking out bad.Like islander said its because the sweat gets trapped in and stays on your skin
