A little bit of Info please

Could someone please give me the website that tells you the carb content of lots of different foods.What i am trying to find out is how many carbs an average sweet potatoe has in it and how much I need to measure out to get the right amount of carbs.

We've also got a personal Diet Tracker up and running on AnabolicMinds that will tell you all of this info as well. Enter in what foods you ate for the day and it will break it all down for you (fats, protein, carbs, etc.).
