I worked as a bouncer for a year....I've seen some crazy shit...

This one time some girls wanna come inside the club...I ask for IDs all god this one freaken hot girl doesnt have her ID...Im like "well I cant let you in sorry,I need to be sure you're at the right age"....She looks at me comes closer falshes her breasts and says "Are those good enough?" DAMN what a paier that was...

Thats funny i was gonna post the same thread the other day!!I work at a club called Club Kryptonite.I love it man.Only been there for a couple of months and man do i have a few stories.Its cool.There is always 4-5 local police officers stationed outside the club all we have to do is throw them out the door,the law ask if they need to be arrested or just taken off the property.Well unless they go out the back door on their heads lol.

bouncers sounds like they are treated well over there. they are discriminated against over here! they get into more trouble with the authorities than the trouble causing clubbers. ive been asked to do a course to get a license when i turn 18 so im gonna do that

Get a license? yeah things must be different.lol.Just got to be big and brave here4 haha.Actually if you go to the local redneck clubs or some shit the bouncers are a joke or are trouble but this is a well respected club.The guy is in good with the community and owns several other businesses.He really trys to keep the order at the clubs.We get complimented for having great security.We try to get a hold on things before they escalate into something real bad.usually we catch it before fist are thrown.Its our job to watch for agressive behavior

I bounced a club party for a few nights. I was the smallest bouncer there. I got the job because I was the asian guy with the martial art skills. I also trained with some of the bouncers. All the other bouncers were huge black football player type guys. But all of them were cool. Four Fights that night. Had to put a wristlock on a drunk guy for the first time.

I also got the females that tried to flirt to get in. But during that time, my girlfriend broke up with me so I wasn't feeling too good about females in general. Needless to say, I did a pretty good job and they wanted me back, but I am definitely not a night person, plus I was always deaf when the job was finished. Not a job for me though. At least i tried it.

not me but had a friend that letted me in always even the vip section in this club and he told me one of these nights to get the hell out of there cause there was this drugdealer that had a skirt problem and he was going to get in huge trouble with another dealer so started running out and a few minutes after I was outside, everybody started running out of the club the guy almost gets killed in the club my friend told me that they left cause they wouldn't risk their lives tha cop was already outside waiting to get in it was crazy.

Licenses arent really a necessity here, just good for the formalities and if the police get involved, you got something to have your ass. ECH told me that they have Mace lol never heard of that one of here, the clubbers carry more shit than the bouncers haha im not exaggerating either, the bouncers have no authority, its too easy for em to get in trouble. thats what makes good security man - being able to spot trouble before it happens and being able to neautralise the situation. ive read alot about this sort of thing lol

Licenses are a must ova here in the uk cos you watched by the police and they can come and ask you any time for your License as i was gonna go for mine and to get a License you have to be crb checked and to get a form you have to go to the police station
