hey all i have been missing in action lately.so i just made a big move ...hadnt been focused lately....but i am getting my mind back to where it needs to be.finally got one before pic up...i have got my butt in the gym again and starting slow at it again..one day at a time i guess right!
thanks for all the warm welcome.now tell me quick,how do i cut my legs off the quickest and least painful way...i hit my legs hard saturday and i can hardly walk,lol
