My dad died last night around 5:40 PM. My father was the one that got me into lifting, and made the biggest impact on me regardless of the type of relationship we had, which wasn't best at times, but he helped made me the man I am.

Thomas I'm so saddned to hear of your Loss. Keep the memory of your Father close to you and remember all the good time you had with him. He is watching over you now and will help guide you down the road in your life.
I lost my Mom coming up on 5 years now, there is not a day that goes by that I don't miss her.

Thanks guy's. I just can't get over this. I still smell the amonia smell, and how cold his hands were after a few hours.
Thomas I remember that also.. He is in a better place now.

Really sorry to hear man. Nothing we can say will make you feel any better.But know alot of us have been there and lost someone we hold dear.I lost my son seven years ago last month.
