Help computer dudes!

Hey guys I'm About to sale my house.I am trying to find a site where I can make a page to print out that will have all my information about the house and a picture. Anyone know where I might be able to do that maybe a microsoft program I can run it on. I just need to make like a flyer nothing too fancy. If you've ever bought a house you know the papers I'm talking about.

microsoft publisher? flyers work good on adobe photoshop

Yeah i know they would but I'd rather not spend good money on photoshop.I'm a cheap bastard.But i will check out that microsoft publisher.
