What exactly do you work with? I work with existing clients. I resolved issues there having on there system. Be it Hardware error / Software errors. Client migrations ( preparing for a new client to come on board with there system). I monitor our clients with real time monitoring software. The daily phone calls I handle are about 100-150 a day.. Which equates to over 80,000 to 100,000 a year annually. I update client documentation. I attend meetings with the client to check there progress and think of ideas to streamline there systems using automation process control. I also perform Disaster Recovery operations, mock drills designed to facilite a client disaster and recover it from a given date predetermined by the client.

Are there any advantages or disadvantages of having this job? Learning experience, meet new people, work with state of the art equipment. Some travel. Awesome pay. Every day is different from the last.

Bad, I have to work with INDIA, I have an idiot boss. My coworkers are not as skilled or experienced as the other's so they need special attention.

Why did you choose exactly this job? I was a restaurant cook for 8 years and needed a change and decided to go into the computer field to challenge myself to make a new life.

Do you have a lot of spare time, or is this job very time-consuming? I have days off and I work on a pc so I get to be online on the Dungeon for 12 hours a day,, making 100+ posts..
