I'm having so much fun talking to everyone in here over the past ohhhh several months. This site has grown by leaps and bounds. Thanks to everyone whom has become a new member or has asked for advise.

Christmas is coming and the supplements will be delivered.. Sorry I'm outta muscle tech guys..LMAO..

The arm is healing and the beatings will being shortly in January!!!

BTW,, The Bro below me will be the next MR.O !!!!
