damn the best ref in MMA history. he's the only one who had the power to pull a 250 lb man off of another one. also i i think hes done the best job reffing compared with all the other referees because the fights that mccarthy calls theres never any controversy over his calls.

I have a black belt in TKD. Don't practice anymore but want to get into BJJ.

thats cool i started boxing when i was 11 and i did that for 4 1/2 years and for the last 3 years i have been doing muay thai where i go has a really good BBJ program and i have been wanting to start taking that as well
