[Beefcake]

I've seen it on many boards, but it should be posted here. Thank god we don't have anyone like this yet.

As with any online forum people join and people leave all the time. Some are more missed than others, some leave forever, and some return after a break. If you are considering leaving the forum here are a few things to consider...

1. If you say you're leaving forever, do so. Do not waste space by martyring yourself shamelessly in the forums. No-one cares. Just leave.

2. No-one cares if you're "cutting down" on [The Dungeon] usage. There is no need to announce that you are only going to be posting 600 times instead of your usual 8 billion.

3. If you're going away on holiday, or are taking a break for a few months for whatever reason and want to let people know, say so in [General Discussion/your log]. We wish you a safe return.

4. [BodybuildingDungeon] will continue with or without you. If you don't like it here, feel free to leave. Don't post a long diatribe waxing lyrical about the bygone days of [BBD] and how shit it is now. If you have constructive criticism, try the help & suggestions forum. Otherwise, be gone.

? Are you leaving? I'd say even if you are cutting back lets us know because if you are only getting on once per week and you are usually on 10x/day many will start to get concerned. If you are leaving tell us that too so we don't send out an Amber Alert.

I just saw it and thought it was kind of funny.

Although I did get into a fight with my dad, so I'll only be on during the weekends for the next while. I'm by no means martyring myself and I am not leaving.
