im very upset over it.. i heard it at another forum but it also reminded me of how my uncle in law treats my auntie. you seem to forget about it when time passes but then you hear about something similar and it re-lights the fire

I have absolutely no tolerance for anyone who hits a woman/girl. It's something that I see in the utmost offence. Anyone that hits a woman, is just as good as a pedo IMHO. It's just something you don't do. One time as a matter of fact, I saw some guy getting rough with his lady outside the mall one night after I had saw a movie. He slapped her across the face, so I went over a knocked the living hell out of that asshole. I didn't know this guy, but honestly, he's lucky I didn't put him in the hospital for longer. I'm almost positive I broke his jaw.

Be carefull beef, that's called assault and can place you in jail if someone presses charges against you.

its in our every day society, you come to the realization real quick that its out there, and although you are one man, you cannot change, and/or protect everyone. you can just go on throughout your life being one of the many guys that do not abuse or beat their wives, there is honestly nothing you can do because its everywhere happening behind close doors, if its out in public and i witness it i do step in, you have to for the protection of the girl. we hear it on a daily basis that its almost like, as chris said, we're "numd" to it. thats not saying we wont do anythign about it if we witness it, but you cannot protect women that are married and in their households having this happen to them.
