im in the military....im a missile cop. 5 days on and 5 days off. 12 hr shifts. when im working and right now im the only male working the other co workers are females lol

no problem what you do? lol there is like 3 of us that i work with that always hit the gym up and they make fun of us cause of it. or at least me and my friend cause hes big and im getting there. then we have this one guy who is also my friend who trying to get big but he diet is crap. doesnt eat enough calories. not enough protien. nothin. doesnt life heavy or hard. always works out abs everyday. and he complains and tells me how to eat lmao crazy peeps now dayz

I've gotten four hours of sleep last night, I went with my cousin to the emergency room with his girlfreind last night whos 1 month away from giving birth :). Shes fine, just checking on things with her.

i'm trying to eat now, I haven't been hungry all day so some turkey, some beef, some whole wheat bread with hotsauce.
