i beleive its about time we had an official thread where we could discuss all our intrests within music such as

- talent: show off a video, song or myspace page of your musicmanship, the capabilities of other guitarists, reviews, ect.

- bands: up comming tours, shows, favorite and least favorite artists and genre's, comparisons, ect

- yourself: tell us about how long you have been playing for, the band/genre that got you into music, you gym playlist, ect

- gear: show off you systems, instruments, electronic and sound equipment, effect boards and pedals, and anything else that you use to reach the perfect sound.

try to keep all music related topics and subjects in here and lets make it a good one!

I unfortunately do not have the space nor money to get into a favourite music hobby ! If I did though i would buy 2 of the best cutting edge turntables / mixer / speakers as that is what i used to do ! But there isnt a great deal of skill in DJ'ing really is there !
As far as concerts are concerned ... I went to watch " Evanescence " In the Hammersmith Apollo !! Love their music :) Gothic rock

Guitar:

Ibanez RG 320, got a Dimarzzio X2N in the bridge position. I also replaced the chrome floyd rose bridge with a black one, looks better now haha. Also got a Fender Stratocaster (japanese) all stock, but id like to replace the pickups once i get some money goin.

Amp:

Randall RH200. 200 watts, awesome gain... my perfect amp. Cab is a Marshall JCM 900 4x10.

Nice gear man. I have the same guitar, twin double humbucker setup with a single coil pickup. I'm pretty sure I have the same exact one just in all black.

dream theatre are Prog Metal good albums - Awake, Train of Thought, Metropolis.

songs i would recommend - Change of Seasons, Metropolis, as i am, this dying soul, the dance of eternity
