So I finally figured out how to put songs on my phone. I now have over 500 songs at my fingertips. I have a heavy metal mix with bands like Mudvayne, Slipknot, Powerman 5000, and Godsmack on it. I finally was able to listen to MY kind of music in the gym...It was the best workout of my life. When I left the gym my pecs were so swole I thought they would bust like a bad set implants. I could not believe how much of a difference it made to have music that just puts you in the zone. I just close my eyes and scream to the top of my lungs inside my head...and pushed ungodly amounts of weight. I will never go to the gym without it. I felt like no weight was to much to handle. I can't wait till leg day. I'm gonna make the squat rack my bitch!

Oh man that's awesome!!!.. Oh music definiately plays a huge role in getting you physic'ed up to hit the weight room..

My wife and I purchase an MP3 player and made are own personal music list. Then I broke that down to different bodyparts.. Man.. incrediable.. Good job bro

I'm not a huge fan of the band but Rammstein's Main Teil is my lifting song, if ever i'm going for something heavy for me it's just what i need. Deadlifting one rep max.......check!
