actually I love it. But it totally kills my routines. I'm really looking forward to winter. I am so better about sticking to my workout regiments during the winter. Less BBQ's and Beer that's for sure.
I maintained this summer... I'm proud of me for that. I dropped from 204lbs to about 178lbs this year by mid-end July, and right now I'm at 180. At most BBQ's I chose the turkey or chicken over beef burgers. But toward the end everything was starting to look awesome... LOL. My weight lifting depleted, but cardio stayed up.
Long story short, this year I think I'll hit the slopes (snowboard) at a minimum of 25-30lbs less weight than last year, my ACL will appreciate that!
