If youre serious you should go talk to someone.A close friend or even a doctor.Have you been taking any new drugs,prescription or not that could be a cause or you could just be depressed.
If youre joking then thats not anything to joke about.

i aint on any medications and im not joking.
i have talked to one of my girl friends today, and prolly my bestest friend atm about it and she (as much as she cares, because i know she does) didnt say much.

lool you realy do need to talk to a physician or a mental health person..should be a walk in clinic that you could go to..sounds like you could use some anger management classes..lots and lots of people go to them...you have to speak to a qualified person...we all love you and care about you as a friend..speak out to someone today...

Mygeeto are you depressed in any way?

Or under a lot of stress in your life.

Do you feel you have no control over you life in some manner?

You need to talk to a LSW, Licensed Social worker or a higher grade professional about this issue.

Did you loose someone close you to recently or is there any anniversary coming up that is causing these types of feelings.

yes i would say i am depressed because it generaly aint normal for me to have these thoughts.. there isnt much stress but yes alot of things feel out of my control.. last year my grandma passed away and i have made significant progress since then but theres been no aniversaries or nothing similar comming up.

Your girlfriend acted as most of society would when confronted with such an issue. She cares but probably had no clue how to confront the issue or was simply too scared.

Go talk to someone you trust or can trust; not limited to: minister, doctor, social worker, counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, family practice doctor, school nurse, suicide hotline. You need to talk to somebody immediately.

We are here for support but cannot address the problem(s) you are best suited to find one or more of the people I mentioned and just know that we wish the best for you.

hey bud...i know that when you lose some one close to you its really painful, and mostly you think that there is something that you could have done to prevent it from happening. i felt the same way after my uncle passed away last year. what you need to realize is that there isn't anything that you could have done to change what happened.

as for the homicidal/suicidal thoughts, these may be manifested from the passing of your grandma passing away. i doubt you need drugs to help deal with your feelings of anxiety or depression, however maybe its something you should look into. look at some of the websites out there that maybe can give you a clearer look at what's going on in your life.

take each day one step at a time...carpe diem "seize the day". don't worry about the future and all that because worrying about things to come is going to cause nothing more than aggravation. we're all here for you bud so let all of your feelings out.

You should really see someone for it man. Its probably everything that you feel you need to take grasp of. And even as much as your trying to move forward its gonna weigh you down.

Even if your going into the gym and things aren't bothering you there as much, your gonna come home physicaly and mentally wiped out. The sooner you get help the better so you can sort things out and you know you always have your bros here.

Are you doing pretty much the same thing day to day? Or is the depression taking over and getting in the way?
