Figured i'd let you guys know that Thursday I will be going under the knife. Its a 5 hour procedure, however the actual surgery itself is only an hour and a half. I don't know how much i'll be on here, but it shouldn't be too long, i'm hoping only a couple days. Anyway it's been tough because last soccer season, around this time last year i got a severe case of tendonitis, i battled through it but the season took its toll, i laid off of it for a couple months and went right into indoor soccer, only played about 3 of the 12 games because my knee started acting up again. So i sat out because in January i had a tryout for a semi-pro team around here, tried out and ended up making the team...however first game of the season tore my meniscus, never got surgery and ended up being cut from the team because i couldnt perform. I still had one more year of College Soccer but redshirted to get this surgery. Boarding on this knee was tough but movement is minimal since im strapped into bindings. Luckily i still could do a couple things i loved, bodybuilding, and wakeboarding.
Anyway went on a tangent but figured i'd let all you guys know what was up, Torn Meniscus they're operating on, removing a shitload of scar tissue from the tear, as well as the tendonitis, and arthoscoping the rest of my knee to see about the extra fluid build-up in some areas...which if they feel the need, may operate on while they're already in.

oh well...
