lol.. well i havnt seen the Mighty Ducks movie so i cant really say how connected me and iceland team captain are..
interesting thread though because there have been times where something has come up or what not and its reminded me of a dungeon brother
as far as make shift workouts go, ill do pull ups and dips from anything that i can use in such a motion.. i sometimes have shoulder pressed our garbage bins when they were full of rubish lol, i didnt make a mess yet but its bound to happen sooner or later.. i have done bicep curls and some tricep exersizes with a vacuum cleaner and buckets of sand or bricks... you get the picture lol
and yes this is a pretty good thread haha
