we don't use rep points here

just right click on the rar file, "extract files", and extract them to to wherever you want them

you said it's a movie, so yeah depending on your computer speed, it will take a few minutes to extract...I usually make a new folder on my desktop, and extract the files to there, because its easy to find (you can move it later if ya want)...after you're done extracting and the movie works, you can delete the Rar file

also, when the movie is extracted, it could end up being a number of filetypes...(example: bin & cue, iso, avi, etc)

so when its extracted and you aren't sure how to play the file, post the filetype here, and Ill let ya know what to do

to be honest.. i have downloaded alot of bodybuilding videos..

but every video i downloaded i ended up buyin on dvd or vhs in the end.

its a shame... us fans try to support bodybuilding yet we download videos???

i agree if youre thinkin "fuck spending $40 a training video that is shitty quality" .. the price could be lowerd.. in the end its comin outve our pockets...

when you download anything from the net .. and if you like what you downloaded you should allways go out and buy it....
