Shower

Ok, Let me give someone else a chance to laugh at me like my wife has been doing for the last few days. I was taking a shower the other day when i realized that i had not grabbed the razor to shave my arms. I started to step out, I had one foot on the mat and just as i lifted the other My other foot which was still in the shower. I some how fell back into the shower(apparently making aloud crash my wife thought i had passed out and rushed to check on me) bruising my ass and straining a muscle in my left leg. Therefore my leg day has not happened yet because i can not squat and i have a huge purple bruise on my left arse cheek.

well just had to get that out there.

i once was about to take a swig of Listerine mouth was but then i luaghed out loud from a joke i remembered and it splashed into my eyes and burnt like a mofo and it looked like i was stoned lol

Yeah thefreak, i did not find it funny either. When i fell out i fell on a square garbage can just outside of the shower and one of the points went in by back hurt like hell. but i'll be back
on legs next rotation hopefully

I think I can get to 5k by then end of the year. I've gotten almost 2,500 in just under 2 months.

yea i fell in my parents house shower freshman year of college, back for a weekend, it was a floor level and slipped coming out because there was no mat...long story short ended up in the hospital and got stiches in my head
