2007 is 1/2 over..I went from bulking to almost powerliftin to cuttin ..from having a workout partner to having no workout partner and then gettin a new workout partner..all over the place gained and lost 25 lbs bulked up then cut... now for the rest of the year I am going to concentrate on a new goal...to enjoy body building and the benefits of having a healthy life style and a great looking body..SO WHAT'S YOUR GOAL?

I have alot of Area's that are lacking Such as my arms shoulders and back so ive got alot of work to do !

i'm currently 269lbs with 14.9%bf & still cutting. gonna get to 9-12% then maintain through the rest of the summer

gain about 20lbs in my next bulk in november, to 280 keeping it a steady bulk for 3 months aiming to keep bf in between 10-14% during that. then in feb i'll cut for comp some time in the summer of next year.

i'll keep everyone posted in my progress in the months to come

my goal for the rest of the year is to hopefully add a few lbs of muscle before the year is over..right now im 171lbs as of today...i want to get to around 175..so figure about 4 more lbs of muscle...im always up for a challenge..so im gonna be working my ass off for those 4 lbs. i want to really have an edge if i plan on competing next year...so i want to get a few lbs of muscle on the frame.

bodybuilding wise... just keep lifting, stay injury free and try to get my diet in as much order as i possibly can.

job wise... get a new job for when school finishes. then take up full time hours, and work at least 5 days a week

friendwise... dump anyone that hinders me, and make friends or better friends with people who are more like me and who appreciate who i am. ya kno, invites to parties, dont put any preasure on me to do stupid shit, ect.

moneywise... so long as i got a job, i can imagine most of my money going towards food, clothing, save up for my own Saxon Motorcycle, and a ton of other stuff.

hobbiewise... well, keep practicing guitar and singing, and keep sending Compulut and WrestlingStalion hate mail from my alias usernames and email adresses haha

my goal is to reach 200lbs by the end of december and hopefully have a pair of 17" arms.. i want my bench 25lbs more and my squat 80lbs more...

Keep making ends meet in life,,, bodybuildking wise gain 15 more lbs of muscle and keep my bf% down as much as possible.. Increase my chest, back and legs. I know the rest will follow.. Get to 200lbs on a 5 '7" frame

I tend to beat myself up about bulking and still looking good. But I have come to the realization that I need to bulk up to a comforatable weight and then cut down a little and keep moving up. Tracking everything.. I'm more serious about training now than I ever was in the past years.

Listening to you guys, we all have the same ( almost ) exact issues with training! Are ages are different, are body types mostly fall into the same categories.

Pending any family crises are kid issues,, work hard,, eat good and stay discipline and hopefully step on stage next year. God willing..
