1)Disregard for plate/dumbell organization by the members
2)People that take 30 minutes to bench press because they're talking
3)Personal trainers that give me the "eat shit" look when i move around equipment (benches,bars,etc)
4)Waterbottle on the water fountain.... if someone is waiting, you gotta let them go instead of filling up your fucking keg

il add one more: wankers who load up the bench press with weight they clearly can't do, ask there mate to spot them or more like ask there mate to do a bentover row. And then after there mate has pulled 5 bentover rows that have nearly snapped there back in half, get up well chuffed with them selves because they think they are really 'strong'

1. Old men who walk around the locker room naked

2. Guys that don't rerack their weights.

3. Guys that wait to use a piece of equipment your going to use for a few more sets and instead of having the courtousy to say "Can I workout along with you?" or even move along to another excercise, they stare at you for 8 minutes.

4. The lack of heavy metal, It annoys me when it's not being played in the gym.

5. Techno, rap, country, reggea all that other shit being played in the gym (Sorry rap fans). When people say "oh how can you listen to death metal you can't understand them and they scream in a different language". Why do people think it's a coiencidence that the worlds strongest men come from northern europe and it just happens that death metal comes from that region. ITS METAL FOR WORKING OUT.

1, guys that talk too much

2, guys that train on the same shit everytime i see them...ie the bench

3, small guys on gear walking around thinking they're the next arnie

4, any man that guns ppl for doing exercise's wrong. if i see someone's form off, i try & help them & keep positive about it. i can't stand cocks that say YOU'RE DOING THAT WRONG in an arrogant way, like they're fuckin pro(normally the same guys that tell me they wanna gain 20lbs of muscle in 1 month but put on no bf)...i see this all the time...
I HATE IT, if you can't help anyone by being constructive, don't say nothing at all...

5, ppl that walk infront of me whilst i'm performing an exercise, like deads infront of a mirror.

6, ppl that call themselves bbders but have NEver trained their legs once, because it's too hard, or they don't like squats...

7, guys that asks me stuff whilst i'm training...i like to be left alone, you break my concentration or my trance in the gym, I WILL BREAK YOUR LEGS with a 100lb plate

8, ppl that throw weights around, i can understand after your last rep to drop the weight, but no need to go all branch warren on things

9, ppl that don't put the weights back on racks

10, guys that think abs are everything & show them off all the time.

11, guys that want to bulk but they only eat 2 meals a day with a protein shake PWO. then they ask why aren't they growing & blame their gains on the supplement they take, or bought from our gym...

12, guys that speak out aloud & make it obvious that they juice

is just that our gym is thought to be a proper british hardcore gym. when you train you're there to train not to have a mothers meeting...so quite alot of things get to me about some guys that use it, yes, lol

2. liek everyone.. People who dont re-rack weights

3. Big guys who act like complete wankers

4. Little guys who act like complere wankers

5. Fat personal trainers.........

6. Arseholes who spend 15 minutes perving in between sets... and then crack the shits when you ask to train together

lots of things shit be about people in the gym... but i try not to think about it until after ive finished my workout
