2, guys that train on the same shit everytime i see them...ie the bench
3, small guys on gear walking around thinking they're the next arnie
4, any man that guns ppl for doing exercise's wrong. if i see someone's form off, i try & help them & keep positive about it. i can't stand cocks that say YOU'RE DOING THAT WRONG in an arrogant way, like they're fuckin pro(normally the same guys that tell me they wanna gain 20lbs of muscle in 1 month but put on no bf)...i see this all the time...
I HATE IT, if you can't help anyone by being constructive, don't say nothing at all...
5, ppl that walk infront of me whilst i'm performing an exercise, like deads infront of a mirror.
6, ppl that call themselves bbders but have NEver trained their legs once, because it's too hard, or they don't like squats...
7, guys that asks me stuff whilst i'm training...i like to be left alone, you break my concentration or my trance in the gym, I WILL BREAK YOUR LEGS with a 100lb plate
8, ppl that throw weights around, i can understand after your last rep to drop the weight, but no need to go all branch warren on things
9, ppl that don't put the weights back on racks
10, guys that think abs are everything & show them off all the time.
11, guys that want to bulk but they only eat 2 meals a day with a protein shake PWO. then they ask why aren't they growing & blame their gains on the supplement they take, or bought from our gym...
12, guys that speak out aloud & make it obvious that they juice
