I find that a challenge..I know I have to do more weight than that guy...that becomes my primary goal...takes a while sometime but I 90% of the time do that weight and or heavier

thats the only way to do it ken.. but dont let ego get the best of you, just keep doing your thing as best as you can and even if he is lifting more than you, you will have a better body than him in the long run and you wont hurt yourself either!!

good form-ego+patience= best reults

i dont care what people are lifting as long as i look better than them im happy, well that is for the people the same age as me because i cant really compete with the older guys yet....well the majority of them

I lift within my own liimits. I don't want to injure myself. Alotta time in my gym if someone is " attempting" to put up alot weight on either the bench press or squat, I will watch the form.. If it's bad form then I know he just there to mess around. If he's with his friends there's and injury just waiting to happen..
