Okay, I have worn gloves but usually don't could take it or leave it....BUT...what about padding on the bar for squats. I am a lightweight, so the early reps don't hurt, but my legs are my strongest bodypart (not biggest just strongest) so when I increase the weight I HATE the way the bar digs into my traps and shoulders. Any advice on the best way to deal with that?
