if your not behind a router...do this:

Clear cookies in your Internet Options first, then

1. Go to "Start", "Run"
2. type: cmd
3. type: ipconfig /flushdns (then press enter)
4. then type: ipconfig /release (then press enter)
5. then type: ipconfig /renew (then press enter)
6. then type: exit (then press enter)
