This months Mens Health mag has an article about the main dude (THIS...IS...SPARTAAAA!!!) and his training regiment.
From what i remember, lots of CORE excersises, large supersets..something like 25 pull ups, 50 push ups, 50 dips, 100 sit ups one after another.
I think the bulk of the budget was spent on the CG, not the training. I wouldn't say their juiced, looks like they're just more ripped, diet & core for 2 straight months. that'll do it. |
