can someone explain how to delete cookies and change your computer's ID number thingamajig?

you cant delete your comps IP number. not sure aobut cookies..in fact wtf is a cookie doing in a computer? srsly does EVERY computer have one coz i cant seem to find mine no matter how hard i look

just download a spyweeper. or u can go to my computer-> document setting-> then click on default user or w.e. user-> cookies folder and manually delete the cookies.
