thanks guys... it wasnt to bad ..my gf made me 2 shirts one says "Stephen is Numero Uno" (so now im just as much as a badass as arnold with his shirt that says arnold is numero uno...ask me if u dont know what im talkin about i got a pic of it) .... and also another one that says "Markus Ruhl In Training" haha ...i thought it was funny as hell and also some good gym shirts ..she still has the stencils and fabric paint so i think im gonna make some more some time when im bored ... how bout "Im The Best" on the front and "Yes, Better Than You Too" on the back ? eh eh ? catchy eh? lol i will make them and send them out to ppl on bbd.com haha ... or just simpy "Get Big or Go Home" ... ahh the possibilities are endless lol .... but its about 7:30am here an i had to steal the gfs lab top with the wireless cause shes still sleeping ... bout time to go make some egg whites ....
oh .. i have visited before but usually let my diet suffer..meaning just eating whenever i could and drinking shakes... but i went shopping for this week and when i showed up i think her parents' jaws dropped some haha ..... they were like...that food is for ...how many days? ... lol
