Im not a fan of working out that early but with my job, and my truck that needs lots work done to it, Im kinda forced to work out that early on mondays, because my buddy can only help me on mon nights, and he does my bodywork, so im stuck to going to the gym early.

i go to bed at around 10:00 10:15 on sundays then get at up at about 4:15, monday is my only early training day, every other day I train is in the evening.
